De-stemmed grape, lightly macerated for 5 hours at a controlled temperature of 12ºC. Fermentation with temperature control at 18ºC. After fermentation, the wine is subjected to various racking and clarification and stabilization treatments, as well as a filtration prior to bottling.
Crystal clear appearance with flashes that give it a greenish yellow tone. Intense aroma, evokes the aroma of pineapple and floral memories. In the mouth it is tasty, light and with a delicious fresh end of fleshy fruits that remind us to the peach and the apricot. Serving temperature 7-10 °C.
