After squeezing and de-stemming, the grapes macerate for six days and ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures with daily pumping. After descoliation and subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes various racking, clarification and stabilization treatments. Prior to bottling, the wine will be filtered.
Spectacular pink colour. It reflects the typical scent of garnacha, fruity and floral. With body and great balance, it has notes reminiscent of plum and black fruit. Service at 10-12ºC.
