Wine Making

After de stemming, the grapes pass directly to the press where a maceration is performed for 12-24 hours, to extract the best aromas, followed by a soft press.The fermentation of the wort is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºc for 12 days.


Tasting Notes

Pink,alive and tasty. Its aroma evokes certain forest fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. Along with floral aromas such as rose petals and cherry touches.
