Peca Garnacha & Tempranillo
After the crushing, the garnacha grapes macerate for a few hours with the skins to extract aromas and colour. Subsequently, the coloured wort is taken to a stainless steel tank where it will ferment at 20º C. After fermentation, the wine is subjected to various racking, clarification and stabilization treatments, as well as being filtered before bottling.
Tasting NotesCherry-red with violet tones, its aroma is reminiscent of licorice, violets and ripe fruits. It comes with a well structured and balanced body, its best feature is its delicious after taste. Served at 12-15 C.
