Wine Making

After crushing and de-stemming, the grapes macerate for six days and ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures with daily pumping. After descoliation and subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes various racking and clarification and stabilization treatments. Prior to bottling, the wine will be filtered.


Tasting Notes

Cherry-red with violet tones, its aroma is reminiscent of licorice, violets and ripe fruits. It came with a well structured and balanced body, its best feature is its delicious after taste. Served at 12-15 °C.
