The first step is the maceration of grapes followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Throughout the process the development and temperature are controlled.
The intense red colour of the wine is characterized by its violet flashes. It has a scent that evokes forest fruits such as blackberries and black cherries. It is an elegant wine, perfectly balanced and fleshy with a soft taste.
