Wine Making

After the crushing and de stemming, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28ºC with daily pumping and maceration for 15 days. After descoliation and subsequent malolactic fermentation, the coupage is performed. Then it is subjected to various racking and placed into American and French oak barrels where it ages for 24 months. Subsequently the wine will be bottled and remain in our silent underground cellar for 3 years.


Tasting Notes

A bright garnet red colour with orange flashes. Its fantastic aroma of ripe fruit, reminds us of roasted nuts, vanilla, pepper and balsamic notes. Smooth when it enters, it is tasty and fleshy, leaving an incredible memory of raisins. It is served at 18ºC.

Gran Reserva Red Wine

  • 24 months in a barrel and 36 months in a bottle.

  • Come from our 3,000 hectares of vineyards at an altitude of 800 meters.
