Dandi Crianza

Wine Making

After de stemming and crushing, the grapes macerate for six days and ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with daily pumping. After descoliation and subsequent malolactic fermentation, the coupage is performed. Then it is subjected to various racking and placed into American oak barrels where it will age for 6 months.
