Agostón Tempranillo & Cabernet
After crushing and de stemming, the wort ferments in contact with the skins for 10 days in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. The racking is done carefully to extract the best tannins and colour. Malolactic fermentation happens in French and American oak barrels. After two months in barrel the wine is stabilized and filtered before being bottled.
Wine with great background, it is one of the favourites in the range for its incredible aroma of blackberry jam, black plums and chocolate. Its spicy taste is voluminous, it has a cheerful and very warm finish.
