Agostón Garnacha & Syrah
After crushing and de stemming, the wort ferments in contact with the skins for 10 days in stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. The racking is done carefully to extract the best tannins and colour. Malolactic fermentation happens in French and American oak barrels. After two months in the barrel the wine is stabilized and filtered before being bottled.
It is a spectacular wine which taste is reminiscent of the best forest fruits like raspberries and black cherries. Its soft and juicy style, make this Jabali an extremely attractive wine.
